What is included in the rent?

Rent includes all bills such as water, gas, electricity and high-speed Wi-Fi! We also provide complimentary weekly cleans for the communal areas, regular window cleans and gardening.

What furniture is in the room?

Every room is individually styled. We provide a bed, mattress and mattress protector, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table or shelf unit in every room. To help you work from home, most rooms also have a desk and chair.

Do you have Wifi?

Of course!  We have high speed broadband because we know you can’t live without it!

Do you take couples, can I share with a friend?"

As a result of the specific license we hold for each of our properties, we do not have any rooms that are suitable for couples or dual-occupancy.

Who lives in the house?

We attract a wide variety of tenants. Some of them work in different sectors around the local area including retail, motorsport, manufacturing, financial services, public sector, etc. Most of our housemates are new to Bicester and are looking for like-minded people to socialise with.

Is there a minimum contract length?

No we don’t have a minimum contract length. All of our tenancies are done on a periodic basis so you are able to hand your notice in at any time, providing complete flexibility for you.

Do I need references?

We'll need some basic information, references and photo ID to complete our referencing & credit check process. Applications are assessed fairly and consistently based on affordability, referencing, and suitability for the accommodation.

What do you mean by being part of the Bicester Living community?

Many of our housemates don’t know anyone in Bicester when they take one of our rooms.  We’ve therefore set up a Whatsapp Groups just for our current housemates.  It means you can chat to each other, share places that you’d like to meet and socialise with a range of people across Bicester.  We hope you’ll get to make lots of new friends this way. We also arrange regular social events so there's no need to be a stranger!
